DECLARATION
 I/we, the undersigned desire to effect an insurance in terms of policy to be inssued by the company as stated herein. I/We hereby declare that the above statement and particulars are true and if the insuranc is effected under Scheme B, agreed to render at the end of each period of insurance, statement in the form required in accordance with the conditions of the policy. I/We agree that this proposal and Declaration shall be held to be promisory and shall form the basis of the contract between me/us and the GUARDIAN TRUST INSURANCE COMPANY LTD.

No Insurance is in force until the proposal has been accepted by the company and the premium paid.
 
Annual Policies are issued in accordance with the following terms:-
SCHEME "A" ON SPECIFID VEHICLES - Goods insured up to an agreed sum per vehincle.

SCHEME "B" ON DECLARATION OR HAULAGE EARNINGS BASIS:-
Policy issued for the amount of the estinated annual carryings/earnings and adjusted at the end of the period of insurance on actual of carryings/earnings.

EXCLUSIONS:- THE POLICY EXCLUDES LIABILITY IN RESPECT OF:-

1.&nbspLoss or Damage caused br Deterioration, Vermin, Insects,Mildew, Rusr,Damp,Climatic or atmospheric conditions, Delay or Loss of Market.

2.Any consequence of earthquake or Volcanic Eruption, War, Invasion, Acts of Foreign Enemy, Hosttilities(whether war be declared or not), Civil War,Rebellion, Revlolution, Insurrection, Military or Usurped Power, Confiscation, Destruction, requisition or Detention by or under the order of any Government or Public or Local Authority.
